MERCURY IN AMERICAN INFANT BRAINS FOR USD45 MILLION

I though I heard someone say “I will protect America
and keep it safe” but I presume that meant only to get
the second term. The fact that hits hard is this –
spending USD200 billion to topple Saddam from a false
threat that was cooked up and later discovered to be
nothing but a deception in the same hue when Lyndon
Johnson declared that US warships had come under an
unprovoked attack in the Gulf of Tonkin, near Vietnam,
in order to plunge America into war in Vietnam and now
in the name of increasing benefits to soldiers, a new
Senate Bill puts the infant brain and the future of
the child at risk. Does the US infant get the
protection it deserves? How could it, when the
onslaught directed at putting toxic mercury in the
developing brains of American infants comes from the
American government. This toxicity war waged so
enthusiastically by a government that has gone in bed
with Miss Pharmaceutical endangers America and its
entire future generation more than any terrorist.

The brain of the American infant was sold for
poisoning by mercury for USD45 million, and this case
should prompt Americans to consider a ban on donations
of any kind to election funds or political funds
because corporations do not donate for free. They have
an agenda. Usually it is a sinister one. After the
elections, comes the time to reward the donors and the
rewards may be ugly. In this case, the infant brain is
made open to be part of a market by law that makes
vaccinations mandatory.

Is this democracy at work or Bush at work on
democracy? No one has mutilated democracy more than
Bush and the Bushies. It is like a piranha eating
frenzy. He wants to change laws in Iraq to ban the
Iraqi farmers from saving seeds from their harvest for
planting in the next season and force them to use GM
seeds sold by American corporations. But, he is doing
more harm at home – to the future American generation.

Now hear ye this and ask what protection are our
toddlers getting. “It is ironic to me as when my
sister's 15 month old baby died from an adverse
vaccine reaction, some jerk doctor told her that her
daughter was a sacrificial soldier in the war against
disease. Except this little soldier didn't volunteer
or have a clue what she was in for...a slow, painful
death that started within minutes of 7 different
injections in one day and her death 14 days later”
(Kendra). And this is not an uncommon story in the US.
Similar stories will tell you something like this. “My
child had missed some vaccinations and when I took her
(or him) to the doctor, he gave 4 (or more shots) and
by baby slept longer than usual and woke up with a
fever. And after a few days, my baby lost some verbal
and mental skills. At that time, we realized we had
lost our baby.” The fact is, an infant, especially an
infant with a lower than recommended antioxidant
intake is at relatively high risk from 4 or more
vaccinations in one day. The highest number of
mandatory vaccinations given to infants, within two
years from birth are given in the US and that
coincides with the largest number of autistic children
at 1.5 million.

So, medical experts should identify for study all
infants who had received three shots in one day as one
group and all those who got 4 shots in one day as
another group and all those who got 5 shots in one day
as another group etc etc to ascertain a more
meaningful data on the cumulative toxicity of the
thimerosal preservative used in vaccinations made in
the US. It is simply imperative that universities
carry out independent research because we also know
how research data can be manipulated by big business
to distort the picture to come to a conclusion like,
“See, there is no conclusive evidence to link
thimerosal to all those brain development disorders
(that are on the rise since vaccinations were made
mandatory). We told you then and we tell you know,
they are good for your health.”

In the US there are 50 different vaccines and at
least 22 are mandatory – all within two years from
birth! That ensures enough toxic mercury levels way
above those mandated by FDA or any other agency. In
most Commonwealth countries only three shots were
mandatory. It is like a dirty bio-bomb aimed at
infants. If a terrorist organization put so much
mercury in infant brains, Bush would be quick to point
out that a Biochemical War has been declared on
American children.

Almost all brains in America under the age of thirty
have been exposed to excessive mercury from the large
number of vaccinations and this “vaccine generation”
grew up in an environment with relatively higher
levels of mercury from power plants. It is a unique
population group with exceptionally higher incidence
of brain developmental disorders associated with
mercury induced free radical damage and extrapolating
this phenomenon into the future means that the largest
group of people above 60 years with Alzheimer’s,
dementia, Parkinsonism and autoimmune suppression
related diseases will be in the US.

But how do you, as a government wage the same
biochemical war without being called a terrorist?
Well, keeping in mind, as I have said before, that
politicians, in particular those who occupy the White
House now have perfected this art of communication
there are two ways to do it. Firstly, after they
exploded Agent Orange in Vietnam that polluted the
ecosystem with deadly dioxins, Madeline Albright said,
“There is no proof that dioxins produce birth
defects.” It is another way of saying, “It is not as
toxic as you think.” The problem is people do not buy
such stuff easily anymore. But, then more than half of
America voted for Bush which Bush sees as legitimizing
all of his misdoings and as in dictator run countries,
accountability stops at winning elections. That is the
state of America today. Yet, a better and safer way
would be to curtail “accountability” through rule by
law and thereby slowly erode “rule by justice” while
at the same time legitimizing toxicity by vaccinations
through new a Senate Bill. To make the direct gift
really rewarding to the pharmaceutical industry, the
unusual can be done – put it on “fast track” and
preempt or override any Bill or consumer law or the
doctrine of strict liability that governs products to
be consumed or used by the public.

When Bush succeeds in doing that, the beginning of the
end of democracy and consumer protection as we know
now in the US will have progressed to engender the Big
Brother rule by law, leaving the UK and India to carry
the flag of democracy. At one time to even propose
such a thing would have been unthinkable. If it was
not branded as criminal or insane, it would have been
branded as communism or law for the Gulag.

As matters stand today, unless the American people
stand up for themselves and make something of a
tsunami proportion, the Mercury bio-bomb will be
exploded to legitimize the poisoning of the American
infant brain through American made vaccinations and it
will be done under the guise of protecting America. It
has to be big because there are at least 600 lobbyist
for the pharma industry and it involves big money.

Senators Gregg, Frist, Sessions, DeWine, Allen,
Santorum, McConnell and DeMint have introduced S. 3
which calls for many sweeping changes in
pharmaceutical product liability, vaccine regulation,
policy, research and The Vaccine Injury Compensation
Act. This directly impacts those families whose
children have suffered adverse vaccine reactions,
Gulf War Veterans, and any other veteran who suffers
from adverse reactions from the multiple vaccines
given, not forgetting the ill-fated anthrax vaccine
and smallpox vaccines.

The most recent bill introduced in the U.S. Senate (S.
3) is aimed to end liability protection of drugs and
vaccines and to prevent state legislation to ban
Thimerosal (mercury) in vaccines. This bill is worse
than the Eli Lilly provision of the Homeland Security
Act and is a direct "gift" to the pharmaceutical
companies. The pharmaceutical industry gave almost $45
million in campaign contributions for Presidential and
Congressional elections since 2002
(www.opensecrets.org) and the health
care/pharmaceutical industry has over 600 lobbyists in
Washington, D.C. alone. For US45 million Bush will
make a market segment for vaccine companies and apart
from the horrendous assault on civil rights and state
autonomy, it will legitimize the toxic poisoning of
the developing American infant brain by mercury. In
one go, many doctrines and established principles will
be demolished not just compromised and together with
it will rise the incidence of aggressive or disruptive
behavior in children, the incidence of brain
development disorders in the American infant
population followed by a further rise in dementia or
early dementia, shrinking of the brain, Alzheimer’s
disease and Parkinsonism in the adult population
several decades later as the vaccine generation ages.

This bill is being "fast-tracked" and is already on
the agenda at the National Vaccine Advisory Committee
meeting scheduled for February 8, 2005 at 10:45 am:

of this new Bill can be summed up as follows;

1. It would also severely limit the public access to
any information regarding vaccine research, vaccine
production, vaccine regulations, including, but not
limited to meetings about vaccines and
"countermeasures" for pandemics, epidemics, etc. This
bill places severe restrictions on FOIA and will
impact your ability to find out about drug/vaccine
safety, regulation and policy. The last thing this
country needs is to give government the ability to
hold more "closed" meetings without accountability to
the media/public. Not to Bush or any other President.

2. Furthermore, Sec. 761 (a)(1) would preempt any
state legislation regulating vaccines. It would
preempt State authority and legislation dealing with
vaccines or vaccines components, such as Thimerosal
(mercury). Missouri currently has three bills pending
to ban mercury (Thimerosal) in vaccines. They are
Missouri SB 49, SB74 and HB 131. The States of Iowa
and California have already banned mercury in
vaccines yet this bill will preempt such legislation
forcing states to allow vaccine manufacturers to
continue using toxic levels of mercury in vaccines
(in excess of Federal EPA safety guidelines).
Numerous other states are pursuing similar legislation
such as Maryland, Nebraska, New York, Pennsylvania and
Washington. Various other states are also planning to
introduce legislation banning mercury in vaccines
within the next few weeks/months, such as Ohio,
Illinois, North Carolina, Michigan, Massachusetts and
Minnesota.

4. This horrendous piece of Federal legislation would
even prohibit the warning or informed consent
provisions for drugs, vaccines and biologics.
Additionally, this bill would prohibit punitive
damages and cap compensatory damages against any
pharmaceutical company. This takes the saying "to the
victor goes the spoils" to a whole new and ominous
level. If the FDA approves it, the company making it
is protected from liability. We have all seen how
attentive the FDA has been to protect Americans from
dangerous drugs such as Vioxx, Celebrex, Nevirapine,
AZT etc.

This cleverly crafted legislation includes something
nearly every American will understandably want to
support: raising the death gratuity for families of
soldiers killed in Iraq from $12,000 to$100,000 and
increases other military benefits. Every American
supports increased benefits for our soldiers and their
families and that includes the man in the street but
S. 3 has been carefully crafted to unfairly prevent
parents from seeking justice for vaccine injured
children into a political corner. This is entrapment –
American styled. S.3 attempts to manipulate the
political process by tying domestic programs affecting
every American's health and safety to unrelated
"anti-terrorism" programs. In this way they are
attempting to make legitimate opposition to S. 3
politically unacceptable and patriotically sensitive.

Americans, no doubt will question the foxy crafting of
a Bill that links politically popular legislation that
seemingly appears to support US troops to a mandatory
vaccinations in infants. A normal brain, ie one that
is not already suffering from alcohol or mercury free
radical activity in the brain would separate the two
matters ideally and treat them in two separate and
distinct Bills. I believe that casting the vaccine
safety provisions in the language of fighting
terrorism (epidemic "countermeasures" is S.3's new
code word for "vaccines"-- this is truly Orwellian
doublespeak), the American people are being led into
legitimizing the American War of Biochemicals on
American infants.

It is being effectively fought because the new Bill
takes away the right of states to protect their
citizens from dangerous vaccine components and it does
not translate into protecting children from terrorism
or anything else. All it does is that it gives the
enemies of the US lots of powerful laughs because the
Bill transforms biodefense to bio-war on its own
citizens. How interesting, you can actually lobby
these things and not be called a traitor. Who needs to
buy military weapons on the black market?

The new law would shift control of matters related to
vaccines and drugs to a few powerful people who
operate behind closed doors. Cronies of course. Not
too long ago the US was accusing leaders in other
countries of cronism.

The vaccine safety provisions are pharma support
positions, plain and simple, and are not necessary for
bio-terror defense and certainly not in this form. It
would overhaul The National Vaccine Injury
Compensation Program to the detriment of children and
families. Other parts of this legislation are
extremely troublesome and go directly to counter state
and parental efforts to protect children from vaccine
injuries. And that means, such provisions are aimed at
protecting the vaccine industry from liability. This
is an unprecedented move in the opposite direction.

Mercury is a known neurotoxin and like other heavy
metals generates free radicals and in the brain it may
have iron depleting activity that injures human brain
development and human intelligence. If it were not so,
why go so far to protect the vaccine industry that
uses the mercury preservative from liability? Ten
years ago, who could predict that the American Gulag
would be come through a capitalistic industry – the
pharmaceutical industry that began to assault health
starting with the infant brain

One final lesson – if you put a jackass in power, he
will try to make a jackass out of you. The face of
deception never changes. It is ruthless in every situation.
