People on the right believe that he is dead and that Bush fulfilled his devine mission. I don't think he did. He has let Jesus down.

I believe bin laden is alive and Bush likes it that way, as long as bin laden can make another movie reassuring to the public that there ARE terrorist threats people get scared and trust to give up more liberties to Bush. For someone who supposed to be hiding away from war he has managed to make to many movies, now you can be naive and say the Taliban is harbouring him, but thats exactly what they would like you to think, just like they would want you to think that Osama Bin Laden is no longer on good terms with the other bin laden family, but the longer Bin Laden seems to have been hiding from the US intelligence the more doubts I have about whether or not Bush actually wants to catch Bin Laden.

The US gov't needs bin Laden, alive or dead.

I agree Scorp, at this point it really doesnt matter to BushCo if he is dead or not, they just need his image and "threat". If the time ever comes when they do need him "alive" I am sure they will produce him, whether its the real him or not, I dont anyone but ol Bin will know.
