On June 29, 2002 Cheney was named acting president under the 25th amendment for a few hours while bush was having a colonoscopy. How did i not know that?

Basically,
when we take it up the butt, it's no big deal.
When GW had to be on the receiving end,
he's considered "Incapacitated"
How nice to know that there is at least ONE activity Georgie Boy has to do just like a regular citizen.

I think it is more important to focus on tha fact Bush has taken it from behind then that Cheney was prez, he kinda already is.
