Our funding has died. Our coffers are empty. Our volunteers all work without pay. Our quarterly fundraiser brought in less than half of our goal. Without your support the Project will go off line. You can donate here or make a purchase from our online store here.

TJ really doesn't like the fact that his regular forum guys do as much as we do to support the POAC,
but hell, we're only doing what we can, when we can.
So I guess it's time to buy another awesome POAC graphic shirt IN BLACK!
I'm up for it, payday is Friday!
How 'bout you guys?

I respect TJ and his wife Robin for many reasons,
but two of them are the basic core.
First, these guys know just a whole bunch about the in's and out's of modern Politics.
Second, these guys don't do what they do to get rich! They do it cause it's their passion!
These two reasons are why I had to build a walk in closet just for the POAC style factory!
Truth is, being a single guy hoping to attract the babes,
wearing a POAC T shirt is almost as effective as walking a small dog in the park!
I also don't have to smoke to be cool!
Wearing TJ's t shirt I can be a good guy and a bad boy, at the same time!
Old people respect ya, and young people wanna grow up to be like ya!
So change your life!

I keep procrastinating but I'll spring for a shirt and a donation. Even if the 15 or 20 of us who visit regularly do the same will it make much of a difference? Suggestion? Let's lighten up on the pissing contests. If you were an outsider looking in would you wanna donate to enable a small group of people to act like that? Many of you are great topic starters, why not keep the level of discourse at that level, throw in a little fun, humor and enlightened disagreement and keep our egos in check?

Thanks to the generosity of our readers the website is no longer in jeopardy of going off line. We've secured enough funding to continue for the next month. Thank you to everyone who made a purchase or donation.

PROOF!
PROOF, that what we do DOES make a differance!
Thank you TJ (and Robin too) for all that you do.

Hi! I just purchased a t-shirt to do my part in keeping this great site up and running.

TJ, you do a wonderful job with this site! Even though I don't post here all that often (I spend most of my posting time moderating over at LiberalForum.org), I spend enough time here that I wanted to contribute
somehow.
Would anyone mind if I gave this place a plug over at LiberalForum.org?

Ya know, I have thought a lot about TJ persistant funding drives and
the fact that in spite of having an awesome site, the POAC is always
just this side of broke. I myself, like most of us, buy quite often from
the POAC store.
I don't know about you, but it's so easy to put it off for another day,
maybe one in which I won't feel poor. Well, I got tired of having to
remember and usually forgetting, so I signed up for a monthly subscription.
POAC's Paypal allows for automatic monthly payments of
$2, $5, $10, $20 and $50 a month. I chose to go light and picked the
$10 a month option. Not the largest monthly available, but considering
some months things are purty tight here at the Lazy A Ranch, it'll have to do.
So now I'm all set to help out every month, and I don't have to be
nagged to rememember. Hell, somedays it's all I can do to remember
to put some pants on before I head out for work in the morning!
I'm not saying buying from the POAC store isn't a great option, It's
just that I already have 6 T shirts and 3 hoodies, and I'll continue to
buy from the store when the economic gremlin doesn't eat up all I make.
Any who, ya'll might wanna consider that option.
Sure does make life easier, and 2 bucks a month ain't gonna bust none of us!
I bet you spend that much on the extra soft (yet incredibly strong) toilet paper!

Thanks Sky! Yeah, it's true. 2 bucks a month per person really adds up. I have less than 25 people who have signed up for any kind of monthly donation. Imagine if i could just get 1/10th of my daily readership to sign up for 2 bucks a month. I could actually have a budget, pay Lefty for a change, and actually grow the organization beyond just a website and the minimal "real world" stuff we do. You've seen what I can do for pennies a day. Imagine if I had a couple bucks!

Actually, I find that chocolate syrup doesn't really taste that well with the jello, I prefer for my wrestling ring to be lined with either chocolate syrup alone or jello and whipped cream.
