Lefty, what got you hooked in the first place? Did you dabble in it in high school or college, or even career-wise? That was my first career choice in high school ... we certainly share a passion for it! I took journalism junior year, and then photo-journalism senior year, and then parents steered me towards Ed. major in junior college. Soon after came marriage and baby carriage, and well, you know the "rest of the story", as Paul Harvey would say!
I think the roots of it though was the fact that I loved archaeology during grade school years, and collected as many Nancy Drew mystery books as I could up till the age of junior high. It seems mystery lures me in, but I want to know the answers after that!
That must be why we sought POAC site. What if we invited Po Bronson here, wow , he would be totally enlightened!
