I cleaned up the top of the main page. Improvement, or not? Or no difference?

Looks a lot cleaner and more clear.

I honestly didn't notice a difference.

The changes are not radical or dramatic.
The Page title has been slightly changed.
The lay out is slightly different, brighter font on a white background.

Over all it looks crisper and cleaner, easier to see and navigate with the eye.

I like it. That blinking got on my nerves.
