Full Version: I Think I Have Come To A Conclusion
OLD American Century / White Rose Society message boards > General > The Watercooler
Jack
I have learned something important over the past week. Right now i am on spring break, i have three days left, and i realized that i wasted almost all of it just talking on the internet. I didn't really go out with anyone, i didn't spend much time outdoors, I didn't do much of anything. Then i was talking to someone who said that if they could, they would go back to when they were in their 20's and do it all over again. Then i realized, i could be saying the exact same thing in when i am older, wondering why i didn't make the most of my time. Talking on the internet is fun right now but in a couple of years, it really won't help me in anything. So i am going to go now and i am not sure when i will come back. I need to make sure that right now i am not making a mistake that i will regret for the rest of my life. Maybe i am not but i should probably make sure. So i will see you all around then. If you ever need anything, just contact me via PM, i should get an email.

Bye now. wavehello.gif

JoS,

Just remember this simplest fact. That wherever you choose to go, you also have been provided the choice to affect others. And that right now in history, our choice is clear. Be it on the inter-nets or by the spken word and handshake. Our future depends upon what is happening today.

Hope to see you again, er . . . read your posts, soon.
Don't be a stranger, er . . . gone too long.

Moderation is the key my friend; try & not let any one thing consumme your life.

Hope you come and visit; but I hope the outside world gets to see you too.

Spread it around...theres time for everything smile.gif Peace

Wise advice, spoken like a Mom wink.gif smile.gif . There's an old song JOS, (I can't believe I called it "old"!) ... the name of it is "Stop and Smell the Roses"....(here are some of the words>lalala biggrin.gif ) >"... you gotta stop and smell the roses, you gotta count your many blessings along the way, you are are going find your way to heaven is a long and rocky road, if you don't STOP and smell the roses everyday..." Spring is in the air, go find yourself in it! (((((Hugs)))))

Won't be garden weather here for another 4 - 6 weeks.
Seeds in the ground would just rot!
