Much has been said here lamenting the future of the Democratic party. There's a handful of young Dem's that I often watch late at night live on C-span who are speaking to this administration and the things going on in this country, they'd make you proud and they give me a lot of hope for the future of their party. On the Floor
Each week, the "30 Somethings" take to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to talk for an hour on the House floor about issues that affect the next generation of Americans. These are not the typical speeches on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives but rather a back and forth discussion between "30 Something" Members. "30 Something" Members read personal accounts from next generation Americans that highlight their struggles during these times of a Republican-run government. Look for and follow your local democratic party.
See who they recruit for local elections.

That's some real encouraging stuff too.

Nationally the Democratic party, as we all know, has more issues than the times.
But on the local level, all over the country,
the Democratic party is fine and growing!
In 10 - 12 years some of these grass roots beginners will be looking nationally!
