In answering this, please put your own feelings aside and try to be as objective as possible. Based upon the evidence that you now see and that you project into the future, how do you answer this?
My answer is this: "I do not know, but it does not look that way". Bush has clearly not been held accountable for all the things he has done, especially starting the Iraq War. It seems to me that more and more people are starting to catch on, but still a very great number remain with Bush and are unwilling or unable to see the wrongs we think he has done. How can you hold someone accountable for a crime you don't even think he has committed? Label me pessimistic if you will, but that is just a statement of simple fact based upon everything I have seen. And I, unlike some people, look at all the news, not just what I want to see or what reinforces my own beliefs.
A minority of people, including us, want to see Bush held accountable. But the majority, I am afraid, does not really see the problems we see. They may object to the Iraq war because of the lack of progress and the constant US casualties, but not because of lack of WMDs. I don't think they have any problem with the US invading. They only have a problem when things are not going well. So it is with Bush's economic policy, wiretapping, torture, or whatever else. The common American has no problem with these things on principle, because they are wrong, as we do. They only have a problem with them when these Americans are negatively affected in some way by the policy. In short, I think there is a huge difference between what we want, what we see, and our values, and those of the common American. We care so much more than they even have the capacity to care. That's my indictment of America, if you will.

"Americans" are already holding the twit responsible.
This is clear and quite obvious. Look at the polls! (and nearly everywhere else you look, even the RNC)
The propper questions should have been,
when will our elected REPRESENTATIVES, represent us as we expect them too,
and impeach the criminal mother fucker?

I would consider it quite possible that the Republicans will lead the Impeachment Parade.

Impeachment > yes. War Crimes> maybe a pipe dream later on. I think War Crimes is more important than impeachment > obviously our leaders did not learn from Vietnam at all. A precedent must be set with American War Criminals (aka PNAC)

I don't think so.
Itsn't it a common practice for the next president to pardon the previous one if needed?

How do you create a predictable pattern based on one experience?

He will suffer the same punishment that all current mass murdering dictators get, House Arrest. It will be a shame, but we all know he will never what is his due.

I don't know.
That's why I asked a question.
