76% of the American people only have their heads up their asses to the eyebrows, and can still see but have a hard time thinking because of the tight fit. The other 24% are in to their shoulders, and while they can't see anything, they can think well enough to vote.

I don't think he's fully engaged in much, I think that for the most part being president, even a bad president is totally out of his league. He sees things totally in black and white, he has no sort of intellectual curiosity or grasp of nuance necessary to understand the myriad of immensly complex issues that are part of his job. He's totally the creation of Rove and others, a "gentleman's c" student who probaly never would have aspired to this job on his own. He's a fraud, a pretender, a tragic hoax perpetrated on the American people.
