White House claims Bernard B. Kerik did not disclose potential legal problems to administration lawyers in his big to be homeland security secretary. The controversy over the former New York police commissioner's background is turning into an embarassment for the White House so Kerik has withdrawn his nomination and apologized for embarassing Bush.It appears Kerik had unknowingly hired an illegal immigrant. I say he who is without sin should have cast the first stone.
