May I be blunt? The question beginning this thread encourages little more than mental masturbation. Who cares if Bush is evil or incompetent? The only way this man touches our lives is in his capacity as the president of this country. As such, either of the stated options make him unfit to fill that role. I needn't spend my time trying to decide which lable to pin on him. I and we are better served highlighting/enumerating his incompetecies and illegal activities to ensure he and those who put him in office are removed and rendered harmless. These kinds of questions are distractions from the real work necessary to effect positive change.
