Just wondering which is the worst tatic there. All five have been used by our (the America Military) in this "war" on terrorism.
I think salting of resources is the worst, that just harms simple folk only and on a long term basis, beyond just one generation

I voted salting as well, but ALL of them are TERRIBLE, cheap and dirty ways to wage any sort of war.
But you are right MM, salting is insane, it hurts EVERYTHING, people, plants, animals, water, soil...on and on.

used to instigate fear in the attempt to manipulate a response.

So NOT true. That is frustration and a miss-use of the word Terror. Many words now fall into the trap of being commonly miss-used.
Dont help Terror be one of those words.
