CNN reporters are in the polling places, talking to real Iraqis. Fox's reporters are behind fences and barriers. They report with no Iraqis visible in the shot. CNN is amongst the people.

Just like Katrina. Fox is pathetic.

Very True.

But what do you expect elitist, white, rich people to report news? Plus they want it to look more horrible then it really is.

I remember Wolf Blitzer (CNN) on the balcony in Baghdad during the first Gulf War, during an air raid.

The poor guy wanted to hide under the camera man.
The mans name, "Wolf" "Blitzer" And he was climbing out of his skin!

While I prefer to watch CNN any day over Fox News, I think they are both using things to create the image they want of the election. Perhaps Fox shows reporters behind walls and barricades to try to show that there is a "secure" Irag (which would be in line with what the White House wants so desperately to portray), CNN on the other hand wants to show that things are different than the White House portrays. I don't think CNN is trying to show that things are better, because they also propogate the myth that only 2100 or so casualties of the Iraq war exist, while quite clearly there are far more. I do watch CNN for my general recap of world events pretty much everyday, but as with anything else, I take what I hear and do some investigating on my own to see what the "truth" or what is closest to it, really is. Both channels pander to their constituents.
