In total Anarchy there is nothing to stop the unscruplous people from taking advantage of you.
There needs to be some sort of social structure in place for largeer then one family unit projects. No one family unti can survive on its own.

Yeah, silly community projects like fire departments, roads, police, schools, power, water, and garbage service. You might not like the rules in a fascist system, but you would be safer, since there is a set of rules to know and follow.
Anarchy ensures that you can only do what you want if you can bench-press more than the other guy.
Come to Alabama, Rad. We're bordering on anarchy. We've got about 2 state troopers for the whole state. Schools are underfunded. Roads are pitiful. All because the people are anarchists, I guess, cause they won't approve any taxes for these silly community concerns. They won't approve taxes for anything.
There's a little town, Level Plains, where the mayor is engaging in a p*ssing contest with the town council. Thus they have not paid the city's bills in 2 months. They had to let all the policemen go. Their power bill is overdue. Loss of power will shut down the water tower, so no running water for the people. The best part? Alabama cities and towns don't have "home rule", so if the people of Level Plains want to oust the jokers, they have to beg the state legislature to pass a constitutional amendment to that end.

(Alabama accomplishes everything by consitutional amendment. The stupid state constitution might stretch from here to the moon and back.
"Alabama's constitution now has 743 amendments (including amendments dealing with bingo, mosquito control, catfish, soybeans, dead farm animals, beaver tails, and prostitution), while the national average is 116.
The constitution itself is easily the longest in the nation and is 12 times longer than the typical state constitution."
