President (little Pussy Willow) Bush came into office with an agenda, part of which was to go to war with Irag. But getting Congress to go along with it was a problem. He overcame the problem by using the presidency as a bully pulpit; go along with him or you were un-American and didn't care about what happened to this nation on Sept. 11, and the rhetoric went on.
So, unfortunately, Congress caved in and we now have a unwanted war taking more than 2,000 American lives and making enemies thoughout the region.
So how does President Bush now respond to the American public, as they ask how did we get there, how do we get out, when do we leave and please God don't let us lose even one more American soldier? His response has been: "Well you all went along," or "don't you care about America? This would not be supporting out troops," and my favorite: "We need to stay the course."
My Mother told me when you are going the wrong way the best thing to do is stop, and admit you made a mistake and turn around.

The man is now lying about his lies!
Bush is a small minded man with only one working tool,
Lies and deceit!
A smart man learns to grow from his mistakes.
Bush is unable to admit to even a single mistake.
The wisdom to make good decisions comes from experience.
Most experience comes from making bad decisions.
If Bush were a smart man,
he could potentially be a very smart man!

And when you're lost, you sit still and wait for someone to come find you. <winking smilie>

I remember after Sept. 11, I was horrified to see that any open criticism in the states was now used as a form of being un-patriotic.
Its a scary thing when you can't criticize your gov't.
Thankfully, that has stopped a little, and we are starting to see the cracks in the walls around him, but not enough.
