Welcome to POAC. I like your signature.
I have met Carl Sandburg's official biographer, Penny Nevin, and Sandburg's granddaugter, Paula. Sandburg's estate, Connemara, is about two hours from where I live, and I spent a week studying Sandburg at WCU's North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching (NCCAT) in 1992. Great fun and lots revealed about Sandburg the man.
