Full Version: Bush Was Right!
OLD American Century / White Rose Society message boards > Political Discussion forums > Politics In General
Jack
This is a song by a group called "The Right Brothers" and couple of war drumming rednecks. I can't find the actual song but here are the lyrics. I guess this was a big hit at the Pentagon's "9/11 Days". If something like this doesn't change your mind about Bush, then you must be a liberal retard.

Freedom in Afghanistan, say goodbye Taliban
Free elections in Iraq, Saddam Hussein locked up
Osama’s staying underground, Al Qaida now is finding out
America won’t turn and run once the fighting has begun
Libya turns over nukes, Lebanese want freedom, too
Syria is forced to leave, don’t you know that all this means

Chorus
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Bush was right!

Democracy is on the way, hitting like a tidal wave
All over the middle east, dictators walk with shaky knees
Don’t know what they’re gonna do, their worst nightmare is coming true
They fear the domino effect, they’re all wondering who’s next

Repeat Chorus

Ted Kennedy – wrong!
Cindy Sheehan – wrong!
France – wrong!
Zell Miller – right!

Economy is on the rise kicking into overdrive
Angry liberals can't believe it's cause of W's policies
Unemployment's staying down, Democrats are wondering how
Revenue is going up, can you say "Tax Cuts"

Repeat Chorus

Cheney was right, Condi was right, Rummy was right, Blair was right
You were right, we were right, “The Right” was right and Bush was right
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Gadzooks!
A truly fine piece of vocal fantasy masturbation.

America has long had its ignorant redneck-fringe. Why should it be any different today? Let them support Bush and his wars today. I hope they enjoy tomorrow.

Ignorance cannot live in the light. It requires darkness to exist and thrive.

This time I completely agree with AFW!

Without the Right wing red neck, we are only average!
We become the center!

Evil cannot exist without goodness, and vice versa!
Life in this world is simply based on the idea of Duality!
If you take away one, you have taken away both of them!

The story that matters is not your story or their story,
it is what happens between the two extremes!
The story is the interaction of the two extremes!

Wonder how many years they've been working on that little ditty? laugh.gif

Ever seen a movie called "The Best of the Best 3: No Turning Back?"

It's about a martial arts expert who helps a small town resist a takeover by a large group of hatemongers. While the movie certainly isn't Academy Award quality and was made in 1995, it contains similarities to some of the events happening in our nation today under the Bushies which are far too real.

That song would fit right into some of the scenes.

Gadzooks!
I think that if my own views, as they are now, represented the center of American social and political thought, the world would be a much saner place for everyone. Even better if my views, as current, represented the right. Imagine, America with a real left...two wings...a bird no longer condemned to fly in ever-diminishing circles 'til it disappears up its own ass. Average could be nice.

That day is coming Zooks.

And someday when you think things have been going very well,
it'll start shifting the other way,
again!
