I am thouroughly disgusted and worried about the direction this nation has chosen to go. Moreover, I really believe that the big-money moguls in smoke-filled rooms of the republican Party bought out the 00 and 04 elections and will do so in the future. Hence there will be no end to their evil on our nation and in our lives until they, as the ancient saying has it, are brought low.
When people ask me "What're we gonna' do?" I reply, "Nothing will change for the better until someone picks up the gun." I think that the time of "throw the bums out" may be about over for us. The 2% elites who own 99% of the economy are basically "law of the jungle," & "the public be damned" types. These predacious carnivourous types fhave to be repressed and oppressed or if not, the rest of society wil be. The days of rights & freedoms for everyone may be past.

I for one can never and will never condone violence.
I simply can't justify MY violence,
when I could easly condemn theirs!
There are other ways.
Most importantly, make up the apathetic!!
Even in the most politically active election years,
only half of registered voters actually vote!
I firmly believe that elections can be swayed, but if a Democratic Candidate were to win by 10% or 20%, not even Diebold could fix the election and expect impunity!
The political situation is a process that took several decades to get us here.
If you are looking for this situation to fix in a year or two, you aren't being realistic.
The reallignment of this country, is a Process.
Your joining this forum is one step towards that goal!

The last time that process took 10 to 15 years.
