The Other Side of FEMA

Recent stories in the news has put FEMA in the headlines
but few, if any news sources, will tell you what the real
history of FEMA is. But we will. FEMA was started, and one
of its original concepts was to deal with natural disasters
like hurricane Katrina but it was also developed to deal
with the aftermath of a nuclear war. Its powers grew under
the leadership of former criminals Oliver North and General
Richard Secord.

Before the storm FEMA was a little known organization
that was deeply involved with the LA roits and a shadow
government that should send chills done the spines of any-
one who values liberty. Did you know that FEMA spends only
a small portion of its money for natural disasters? Most
of its money is spent on underground facilities that would
suspend the constitution in emergencies. Under Executive
Order Number 12656 it would be used to isolate large groups
of civilians and seal all of our borders.

In April of 1984 President Reagan signed Presidential
Director Number 54, also called Rex 84, which was designed
to round up undocumented Central American immigrants. The
plan also called for the relocation of 21 million African
Americans in the case of massive rioting or disorders. So
if the actions of FEMA seemed racist the whole agency has
had racist agenda to begin with.

Under the Iran-Contra criminal Ollie North the agency set-up
an apparatus, which would give it dictatorial powers? On
July 5, 1987, the Miami Herald published reports on FEMA's
new mandate, and while the reports caused the Reagan
administration to abandon plans, the framework has remained
in place. The program called for the luring of potential
protestors into public forums and then action would be
taken. It was almost implemented during the Rodney King
riots and had the riots spread they would have been enacted.

This type of tyranny was called by the Edward R. Murrow
Center, "James Madison's worst nightmare." Its first targets
would be people of color, the FEMA orders called for them to
be rounded up and detained. Tax protesters and demonstrators
are the next in line to be persecuted.

I know this seems hard to believe but consider these
executive orders.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take control
of all modes of transportation.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government the power to
seize all media communications.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over
all electrical power, gas, petrol and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over
all food supplies.

The list goes on and on to include the ability to take over
communities and move them, waterways, airports, health
resources, whenever the president decides to do so and
Congress cannot review this action for six months. If this
scares you it should. FEMA is not an open agency all of
this is done in secret.
