Yes, the DuPont's made their fortune via war profiteering during the Civil War, selling gunpowder & other war materiel to *both* sides. What is the problem that you all see with Roberts? I think he is a fantastic choice, he seems to be a strong Constitutionalist which I see no problem with either. I think Bush made a great choice in his nominee that both sides could appreciate and would be satisfied with. Or is it the simple fact that Bush has nominated a Conservative that isn’t an Ideologue or a centrist or a moderate? I think that he represents what the founders would expect in someone serving in the Supreme Court.

Yes, he didn’t answer many questions though you cant answer hypothetical question that you arent sure that will ever come up. You all seem like you want to completely rewrite the Constitution and that is completely wrong and we need to work within our Constitutional framework and stop these judges that will legislate from the bench. I don’t think that our founding fathers intended to see what we see today a fight between two parties when It shouldnt be like that.

I am a federalist and a Constitutionalist believe in the documents of our founding fathers and all Americans no matter party should always strive to uphold those values and protect them from ideologues that would do away with our founding fathers wisdom.

Eventually something has to pop. It's simply the law of averages!

Every Republican in office or appointed by Republicans need to be kicked to the curb!
Many Democrats, those Republicans wearing a blue suit also need to be removed!
Red or Blue, if you fail to address the issues that concern this country, BOOT THEM!

When the Liberals of America wise up and realize that if they unite the Conservatives are far out numbered.
When the liberals wise up, and manage to come up with a plan,
