Very nice. I like to play sim city 3000 every once in a while. I find it relaxing and as an outlet for my urges to govern. I can remember awhile back, i used to pretend to that i was a republican who took over one of the towns that i built. So i would kill all social programs, lower taxes for industries and businesses, while rasing them for residents, do away with all enviromental programs, including recycling centers, let the heavy polluting industires in to town and my favoirte, build secret prisons, surrounded by large hills and water, with only train tracks leading to them. But first, they would have to go by the local army base. Ah, good times. If you seriouly play, go get 3000 Unlimited. Its like $10 at target. So much better then 2000. Plus, it will work on almost any computer built in the last 8 years. Better graphics(much better), more controls, more detail. Don't buy 4, that one sucks hard.

If anyone was wondering, no, i don't spend a lot of time playing video games. Probably about 3 hours a month. Don't get any wrong impressions about me, i have a very active life.

What pushed the "make flood" button on the "disasters" menu in the White House?

was set on "automatic".
The question isn't who started the disaster scenario.

The question was, did the game master have his city prepared for the disaster,
and once the disaster scenario began, how did the game master react?

I never worked out how to fight floods. They always ended up getting me! I have a profound desire to play this game now... All I need to do is find it...
