Conservatives do not know the real meaning of freedom. They view freedom as a lack of Socialism; which is entirely a false perception of what freedom is. Freedom is when people can speak out against popular belief; no matter how much people may hate it. (It even applies to nazis). Freedom is the ability for people to make their own choices without the government making it for them. Freedom involves the right for people not to be monitored in their own home. Freedom involves the right to a trial no matter how severe the crime may be. Freedom and the legislation of morality do not co-exist peacfully; that is why there is a seperation of church and state. Legislating morality destroys the true belief of freedom and creates an illusion that anti-Socialism is pro-Freedom. Freedom does not mean "lack of Socialism." It means "to be free." What conservatives call freedom, is not freedom; there is a name; its Capitalism. Freedom can exist with or without Capitalism/Socialism/Or any other economic system for that matter. Freedom has nothing to do with the economy. Freedom has to do with tolerance. A free society must tolerate behaviours that it does not like; otherwise it'll go down the tube. America is heading towards a fascist police state because people are too blind to realize what freedom truely means. People are brainwashed because all major media networks and radio shows are controled by the right-wing. Not only that; but schools raise children to be submissive and punish the rebellious types who question authority. The rebellious types should be explained why they should do something instead of punished. Americans were raised the wrong way and now they are preparing to let the Republicans take away our civil rights. They already took away many in the 80s and they are burning our rights everyday and Americans are just being cheerleaders. You know why the media focuses on child sexual predators so much? Because the media is causing America to be in a state of fear. This allows the media to control them and tell them to believe. The media is serving the Republican agenda to take away our liberties. Without the ability to reason; Americans get emotional and put blind faith into the government. The media and the government are allied and are brainwashing our people. Its about time that a rebellious corporate start a new station that attacks these lies from the right straight on. In a way, I am a patriot; because I am fighting the right's attempt to destroy our freedoms. I am upholding the Constitutions important statements the pursuit of happiness.

The pursuit of happiness means people can do what ever they want as long as they don't infringe on the pursuit of happiness of others. I am a strong believer in that and the government is not upholding it. I.e: Pot smokers are sent to prison even though they do not infringe on the happiness of others; but simply because it is deamed immoral. Morality ought to be thought as an opinion. When one belives in moral facts; that person is a threat to freedom and does not deserve to be elected. We need politicians who support freedom and legislate with logic instead of blind emotions and morality. Enough is enough. If I hated America I would not be trying to make it a better place.

Conservatives who hate the ACLU are in reality against the Constitution. Anti-ACLU=Anti-Constitution. Anybody who opposes the ACLU knows nothing has not read or learned about the Constitution; but instead brainwashed be radio djs and court tv. I am sick of radical conservatives claiming that liberals are against the constitution. Liberals support the constitution. Its the conservatives who could care less about what it says. Most conservatives simply spout off what is said on the radio as opposed to actually reading the constitution than finding the liberal viewpoint. Most people are brainwashed and lack the truth and refuse to believe the truth when given to them. In reality they are dumb sheep who leading to the distruction of this nation and I have no respect for them.

On January 6, 2004, the Yurica Report published “America Stands on the Edge of a Grave Constitutional Crisis Linked to Pat Robertson.” In that article we reported that televangelist Pat Robertson devised a number of ways of limiting the power of the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal courts of America. To quote from the article, Robertson said as early as March 24, 1986, “Congress could say, ‘There’s a whole class of cases you can’t hear’ and there’s nobody can do anything about it!”

On February 11, 2004, we published “The Despoiling of America” by Katherine Yurica. To quote Robertson from this article, “God’s plan is for His people, ladies and gentlemen to take dominion…to reign and rule…There’ll be a reformation….We are not going to stand for those coercive utopians in the Supreme Court and in Washington ruling over us any more. We’re not gonna stand for it. We are going to say, ‘We want freedom in this country, and we want power…’”

Both these articles reported a crisis in our government and revealed the plan of the far right Dominionists who control Congress to reconstruct our constitution and “restore” it to subservience to a theocratic religion under God and under biblical law. It is the first step in a series of steps to take over and control the government of the United States of America as outlined in “The Despoiling of America.”
