I think they should have used full spectrum responses in this poll... you know the type:

"do you think wearing a flag pin is:
a. very patriotic
b. somewhat patriotic
c. indiferent
d. somewhat unpatriotic
e. very unpatriotic "

I think it would end up being much more revealing about how the country feels. yes/no questions lead to misleading results.
