Last week john mccain suggested that him and obama should go around the country togeather and participate in ten town hall style Q&A session. McCain said it would be a good way for democrats, independents, and republicans to ask direct questions to the candidates.

Well McCain scheduled one for last night and said obama could show up if he wanted to. Of course obama didn't, since they had yet to agree on a time or place to do it. However, McCain went ahead with it anyway and what could go wrong with a candidate's campaign hosting a town hall meeting?

It turns out the entire audience was made up of bussed in McCain supporters. McCain was trying to ambush obama.

So he was either going to get obama to show up and have his supporters pounce on him with questions that were meant to trip him up or brag about how he can do it and obama can't. Well a third option came to light that McCain's terrible foresight couldn't see. The good people at Fox News outed mccain's audience as entirely republican.
