Its obvious @ this point, With Kerry moving a legal team into Ohio last thursday. Uh huh.

This is the end game---Over a 1/2 million has been raised thru grassroots efforts. another 1/2 Million to come by next week--the legal ground work in FLorida, Ohio, Nevada, and New Hampshire will be in place & Kerry hasnt lifted a finger--and can Bush do anything? YEs, he could--but any move they make will be construed by the media as legitimizing the claims of ELectorial fraud.

SO we have the Bush people in a catch 22---they make a legal move aginst our efforts--and the media might take the gloves off, no more lock out. If Bush doesnt make a move our efforts go unhindered.

DO you hear that? Out ROving ROve---HAHAHAHAHA. --OK I'm back, sorry.

1)Bush had more money in his legal contingency fund than Kerry--about 6.5 million to Kerrys 4 million.
2)Bush can bring the full thrust of the incumbancy to bear on Kerry.

SO why pick the fight where the other guy has all the advantages? GO to our strength, Grassroots base. Thats our advantage, big time, nation wide.
After all the vast majority of Americans voted for John Kerry.

But this is where its get tricky--you see Bush is a competant President--in the eyes of the Oligarchy---THe Unicol pipeline in Afganistan--Control of the unmetered Oil spigot in Iraq. But the rest of the stuff Bush has done can make him unteniable.

We the people might be able to force the issue-----spontanious shows of support, not a big march on DC, or a protest in NYC. Just average folks on street corners with signs---Honk 4 Kerry---Kerry won---We got Proof. Those vets of campaign work know what I mean. A visibility team, LOL. HOnk & waves, LOL. It gets a lot of attention, 2 hours of honk & wave--means hundreds will see you and your message. Cant write a better press release than that. People will the action and then wonder why the TV doesnt say that same thing.

SOOOO--- The next 3 or 4 saturdays we need to organize Honk & waves in the Swing states. Only 5 to 20 people per intersection, but multiple locales. Press releases need to be written, sent out to the media, print and TV. With the main message of:
1) Honk for Kerry
2) Kerry won
3) We can prove it.

Then we challenge the press to cover the action---

The resulting cacophonic barrage is awesome. When I was in Miramar FLorida--I drove with a HOnk for Kerry sign next to my drivers seat--at red lights I would pull out the sign, wave it in the air, sometimes folks went nuts, honking, giving the thumbs up, and victory signs.

Its easy and fun. And we got our message out to hundreds, thousands of people. Do this in 20 or 30 states and you get the message out to tens of thousands of people, all in the span of 2 to 4 hours. Then they tell 2 friends and they tell 2 friends--etc. Traditionally-these activities get folks drummed up about voting---in this case--they see their is way for John Kerry to get into the White House, they get get excited about the possibilites.
The secondary issue is the media lock out. By the time Ohio certifies its results in early dec. Potentially millions of folks will know that Kerry won.
This puts the onus in the Bush people--they must lie the Bigger lie and tell America Bush WON.

What is key here is the reason there is a media lock out--not the media lock out itself. Destroy the reason for the lock out. then there is no reason for the lock out. By forcing the issue, a grassroots effort in this manner (honk & waves) destroys the reason for the lock out.

Are you folks with me on this one?

Honk-and-waves are great on the street, but in the end, this battle will still be fought out, if at all, in the courts. Anything can happen on the street; you can get honks and waves for "if you love Jesus", "if you believe in the Rapture", etc. Proving it in a court of law, though... that's another issue entirely.

It was a great thought, though...and optimism is sustaining when nothing else is, at dark times like this.

Please think it thru.
Local Tv stations will cover these local events.
In the end the battle will be fought in the courts is a misnomer. The Issue here is the media black out---this is not hurting us---it is symbolic of the Oligarchys rule.
The black out is symbolic of Oligarchial support for Bush.
After all- Bush got the pipeline going in Afganistan--and got control of the Iraqi oil spigot--unmetered--So he is seen as a competent President--BUT the other things he has done --conversly-- make Bush unteniable. That is our in. To show folks that John Kerry has the support of the American people-- This support of Kerry shows that Bush is unteniable even more so.the Majority of Americans voted for him--and we can prove it.

AS Bush's unteniable factor increases the more likely the Oligarchial support will be withdrawn. We will know that this has happened--when the Media black out is lifted.

That event signals that John Kerry will be sworn in on Jan. 20th.

Again, the media black out is not hurting us--it is symbolic of support for Bush.
And once that support is withdrawn-- Our MAN will be installed in the White House.

Legal battle schmegal fattle---its about making Bush unteniable.

Just like the Supreme Court decision in Gore V Bush in 2000--had nothing to do with the LAW. It was about Power--and the support Bush had--behind closed Doors.

VOL. 2 ISSUE 21
INSIDE THE ELECTION FRAUD BATTLE

Think Kerry Is Not Involved In This Fight? Think Again. Also: Fallujah = Operation Distract From Fixed Election.

by Betsy R. Vasquez

NOVEMBER 10, 2004 – When Senator John Kerry (D-MA) talked about how his policy would be different in Iraq, he kept saying, in effect, ‘It’s the how, stupid.’ He said repeatedly he would fight a “smarter” war.

Flash forward to today. Following the election, there was a problem apparent. The exit polling didn't match the ballot count, and many reasons for that began to become apparent.

John Kerry was faced with three options. One, fight on publicly rather than conceding and put the nation into a media frenzied limbo. Two, concede and go on with his life, turning his back on his promise to his supporters to ensure that “every vote will be counted.”

Most people are assuming that John Kerry opted for the second of these while John Edwards, his runningmate, opted for the first, and since Kerry was the big dog, he won out. But people who think this are thinking in Bush terms, all or nothing, either you are for the war or against it, that either Senator Kerry was for recounting the votes or he was against it.

The reality is, John Kerry has chosen a third, much smarter course – just as he said he would all along.

John Kerry realized that to launch a public campaign calling the vote into question would be disastrous. In fact, he likely realized he would we walking right into a Bush-set booby trap.
