Get yourself a copy of house and garden, or any similar magazine that has inside a prepaid post card with corresponding numbers for every ad in the magazine.
One is plenty, but 3 or 4 would be awesome.
Now, circle about half of the numbers at random, fill in your teacher neighbors address, home or work your call,
then mail the cards off.
In a few weeks his mail box will be literally over flowing with crap!
