I think that it sounds great from what I read on David Morrell's website, not the quasi-fascist vehicle that the earlier films were, the irony of the struggling people of afghanistan credited at the end of the third one is hilarious to me.

Anyway it all sounds a little more like the move "Hunted" and I'm looking forward to seeing it. Bet its just a popcorn movie though.

For young men in their teens and early 20's, it's probly a very entertaining movie.

I liked the book, "First Blood", but Stallone just doesn't do anything for me.

I just saw "Shooter", though ! Damn, now THAT was good !

I'm looking forward to the new Indiana Jones movie too.

Anyone seen the New Daniel Day Lewis film - The Will Be Blood. I think it's out here later this month. Can't wait! cool.gif

I'm buried under a mountain of work at the moment, but I managed to get out and see "No country for old men", and I'm strangely perturbed by it. I'm strangely perturbed at the best of times, but it was a very thought-provoking film. blink.gif

"There will be blood" and the new De Palma about Iraq ( "Rédaction", in French...don't know what it's called in English..) are also on my "Must stop working and take time to live" list too.
I love the capacity he has as an actor, Daniel Day Lewis, since "My Left foot" to "The last of the Mohicans". clap.gif clap.gif

Don't forget "Rendition". I think it's out on DVD soon.

If it's as mature as "Rocky Balboa" it would be a great film.

All in all, I think I'll just stay home and watch my DVD of "Smoke Signals" if that's OK.
