Ive seen that image before, and though the religous overtones are quite evident,
it's maybe one of the very best 9/11 tribute images ever taken.

Well, heaven is always "up there" and that sure qualifies.

I'm sure the religious among us see it similarly, and that is in fact what makes the image.

Let me change my mind just a little bit here.
Instead of Religious overtones, lets call them, Spiritual overtones.

The bright spot doesn't have to be heaven.

I found, in shifting perspectives, That the 9/11 earthquake in human perspective was an inevtibale aspect of the rotation of the world, and in opposition; that we can enlighten ourselves in the shadow of the huge, lingering behemouth that is the machinations of thoughts of ignorance in this country, and rise above it all, to light the world...
