Class Action Suit Against ABC News

A group of people are suing ABC for damages incurred because the network has prejudicially decided to not allow Dennis Kucinich to be included in the presidential debate on Saturday, January 5, 2008. Dennis Kucinich participated in the Democratic debate with George Stepanopolis, and by not including him this time, it gives the false impression that he has dropped out of the race.

This misconception is going to cause economic and emotional damages to the claimants who continue to devote countless hours and great sums of money to Kucinich. ABC did an online poll after the Democratic debate, and Dennis won it, but ABC tried to hide that fact. Also, Dennis’ photo was literally cut out by ABC when showing the lineup of the candidates. The prejudice that ABC has displayed against Kucinich in the past has only worsened.
