I really do have big problems with democracy. I freely admit it's the best system so far, but that's no reason to quit looking for something better.

I've always been enthusiastic about democracy, but I've never been deluded that what has manifested itself in America over the last 8 years has had anything to do with democracy.

Update: Turns out the Hillary supporter that was shouting about Edwards' 400 haircut was kicked out by the precinct captain. And you remember the inflated "scandal" about the Hillary campaign not leaving a tip at some diner in Podunk, Iowa? Well, it turns out that the Hillary camp didn't pay for their headquarters here in town and also trashed the place. I'm sure the check is in the mail, though.
