Greenguy is right. We in Illinois don't have much in the way of internet access. A few of the larger towns have maybe one computer that can get on the internet but that is about it. He will be quite unreachable.

So, you guys only have one grocery store/gas station/laundry mat/liquor store/post office with internet access?
Man, sure sucks to be you!

I've heard that the biggest disadvantage is that the computer is an early steam-driven one, and uses VERY early "Windows" software.
The problem is getting the wood to fire the boiler to give the computer a full head of steam. Apparently the wolves and bears will get you if you don't organise a big enough and well-armed wood gathering party. As there will possibly be only Jack and Greenguy in Illinois over Christmas, this may cause problems.
Jack may be hard to reach under his I-pod headphones, at least 'till the batteries run down.............

Hence Greenguy being incommunicado, wrapped in blankets and burning copies of William Kristol's comments pages to keep warm, torn out of the doctors surgery waiting-room stockpile of old "Time" magazines, as he waits for the thaw to come, and the Illinois County wolf and bear hunters to finally make their way towards his "SOS" etched into the snow bank with alcohol-free beer..... blink.gif

I'm not sure what they would be connected to since i don't own an i-pod or any Mp3 player. Oh and i don't have a Myspace page either, just in case that was coming.

But I thought you said you were young and hip !

How has the god of consumerism and his disciples missed your cash-bulging pockets ??
