I gave the dems a D+. I think that makes me a shameless whore.

If that makes you a shameless whore, i'm all kinda bad things cause I gave them a c+.
IMO, they've done more than they get credit for. Things other than the war or domestic spying that don't get the headlines.
It's these glaring failures that prevent me from giving them a much better grade.


The Reps I gave a d-. They haven't been all terrible failures, even though I can't think of a single good thing they have done.


And I am one of the 2 votes that chose the Socialist party.
Can't go Green, since they been caught dipping into the Republican cookie jar,
Can't go Libertarian, that's just another form of conservatism.

You know, i am actually starting to see sky's point, some what and i don't hate the democrats as much as i did. After reading their comments about the "Peterus" Report and thinking back to how Reid and Pelosi did try to cut off funding for the war and how many, many democrats did go along with it, i am starting to think that maybe they aren't quite as bad as i thought. Just a few bad apples in their party can really screw things up for what they majority has been trying to do.

While i am hardly a fan of the democrats and i think they still have a lot of problems, I think they are getting better. Maybe one day they will be a party that i really, really want to vote for.

More than that Jack, I hope the Republicans can lose the culture of corruption t shirts and become something I would not have to reject out right without even reading the package.

I hope that someday, if given a choice between a Democrat and a Republican, that I have to actually understand the candidates in order to make an informed choice.
