Yes. The media had a week long discussion of that and i haven't been hungry since.

I saw the debate tonight. I was impressed with everyone except clinton. She acts like someone who is going to shake up the system. The problem is, she is the system. She would be like reagan lite, i bet.

I think she will be just like Bill, only without the nice smile and the silver spoon in her mouth

We could only be so lucky. However, i bet she would want to prove she wasn't like him and do things he wouldn't do.

I just don't trust her.

lots of people are on the same page with you there... everyone I ask who isn't voting clinton says the same thing.

the debate last night was great!!! They got down and dirty, and gave everyone an opportunity except Gravel. I was struck by how puppetlike everyone's body language was, except obama, who seemed like a rambling freshman in a class of seniors, and kucinich, who had everyone eating out of his hand. This was the best opportunity he's had for exposure yet, and may have quite a jump in polls because of it. thanks, KO! It's about fucking time.

What i don't understand is that none of us can find any clinton supporters, yet she have like 45% support. Who are these people?

As for Kucinich, he was on fire. If i thought for a second he was actually electable, i would jump on board. However, i was also impressed by Richardson and Biden. Obama was ok and Edwards could have done better considering the crowd.

Why can't gore just jump in?

I actually voted on this poll for Kucinich not so much because I agree with him on major issues, but because his convictions and his actions are identical. He doesnt speak out of both sides of his mouth and he seems to do the right thing (in his mind anyhow) for the right reasons. I may not agree with him however, I do respect his positions.

richardson is one of those people I don't trust, like clinton. Biden's a straight shooter, which is refreshing, but he seems to be running a reactionary campaign. If dems were really afraid about being seen as soft on foriegn policy, they'd nominate biden and clarke. If they want to win above all else, they'll nominate hildog and obomba, if they have a conscience, they'll nominate kucinich and, oh i don't know... his clone?

Weird, i am actually leaning towards richardson. I think at this point he is the only person up there who actually knows what he is talking about. He has a ton of experiance, he opposed the war from the start, and is probably the most electable. I do like Obama but he seems to be fizziling out. There is no way he can catch clinton.

I'm happy to see that this forum accurately represents the views of a broad swath of the American public.

Ah yes, sarcastic humor.

Clinton is very qualified to be Pres. there is no denying that. And I have nothing against her personally but she is so divisive she could solidify opposition. (although I've noticed that if you ask people why they hate her so much they give vague answers).

I'm somewhat torn. I like Obama's, and Richardson's positions as outsiders, but the country desperately needs someone with a good history in foreign relations.

I can tell ya specifically why I don't like Clinton.

She's DLC, a Money Democrat. She's NOT a Liberal, she's Neo-Liberal.

Your one of the few, and I'm not super liberal, somewhere between Reid and Pelosi.
