It was the full documentary Spud.
Here's a copy of the letter I wrote (try as I might I couldn't find an address for anyone in the google video team, so I sent it to press@google.com with instructions to forward. If anyone has a more direct address I could use I'll be most grateful.)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I've had a great deal of difficulty finding an appropriate email address so that I could contact someone within the google enterprise who could explain google's censorship policies to me. Please do not discard this email if it is not relevant to you, please do forward it to the relevant person at google video. (I tried the google video blog, but it appears to have been discontinued.)
To Whom it May Concern,
Yesterday at around 7PM British Summer Time I watched a documentary called The_Ultimate_Con_(spiracy) - a film about the events of September 11, 2001. A film which calmly and clearly presented the facts of events that day and subsequent questions which have arisen.
I watch this documentary, which had first been uploaded on 25th June, on gooogle video. I was so impressed that I gave it an 'excellent' rating and posted links to it in my forum ( www.thisworldmatters.org) and an one other forum which I belong to. Following a message form a friend who'd tried to use one of my links without success I tested my links and found they didn't work. I then went to the link that had allowed me to watch this documentary yesterday and found that that, too, no longer works. Here is the url that worked yesterday but doesn't today - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3653675901813925183 - Upon discovering that these links no longer work i searched you archives for the title, but to no avail.
My question to you is, is this simply a glitch in the system, an error which will be corrected ASAP or is it an example of google censorship? (I have heard rumours about such practices in the past, but have had no evidence on which to base any judgment.)
If it is the former, then I will continue to patronise google and all of it's excellent services and I will be sure to quash rumours of censorship in the future, thus giving google my full endorsement.
If it is the latter, however, I will have no alternative to but close my google account, including blogger, gmail and google pages, and to boycott all google services. This would mark the beginning of a grass-roots campaign to boycott google which I would take to every blog, forum and alternative news source that I know.
I sincerely hope, therefore, that it is the former - a glitch that will soon be fixed.
Thank you for you time and attention,
Yours truly,

karen, google's got a habit of pulling clips that show important truths. I started avoiding them when I saw how little they care about privacy a while ago. Good fodder for the boycott section in TWM. I'll see If I can find a link to big brother, big business from MSNBC as a supporting link for the Boycott.
I'd heard some rumours in the past about this sort of thing so, as you can see, mentioned it in the email. And, yes, as far as boycotts go I'll be all over the net with this if I don't get a satisfactory response.
Thanks for the link Seuss, I'll check it out.

Keep us posted.
In the mean time, might this vid be available through another source?
I've looked (actually I googled! HA!) but found nothing. I've emailed Jessie at TV News Lies, where I found the original, working, link. I'll check my mail shortly and see if he's got anything to share.
I'll let you know what I hear back from google as soon as I hear anything.
