Unfortunately, with polls such as this there isn't any gray area, and I have lots of Grey area.
I think we should follow a well prescribed legal process, and until the time actually comes through that documented process to actually consider impeachement, I think any and all discussion of impeachment should be frowned upon.
We desperately need to let the people see that the Blue Wave is worth keeping, and even expanding on in 08. But at the same time we can't simply disreguard illegal and or immorial activity by this administration.
As I have always said in the past, focus on the first things first.
I am certain that the day will come when Impeachment comes front and center, and the time will be right when it does.

3] then we can see about impeachments.

Not to be argumentative , but I thought it was common knowledge that everyone knew that investigations had to come before the impeachments anyways. We are just discussing impeachment now because we want the investigations to start NEW YEAR'S DAY (not a day later
).

).Appearance matters.
The investigations have in essence already begun, in that those who will chairmen the committees are setting the initial ground work. Many of them will be at the gate when the new congress is sworn in.

I'm glad Waxman's on it, and is Conyers still lying low for awhile? Correction: I'll be patient until January 7th when the newbies are sworn in. I jumped the gun a little when I demanded the investigations commence NEW YEAR's DAY
