ok, you got TONS of money and an old boy network second to none...knowing what's at steak in Ken Lays world and the option of faking his death, keeping all the money he stole, what do you think ?

I think he pulled a D.B. Cooper and is down in South America somewhere...or maybe still here in the U.S. with a face job.
sky of mind

Dude,

To make a claim like this requires you have some sort of evidence,
other than your lack of desire to let the man be dead,
and not be subject to your desire that he suffer for his crimes.

Unless you can offer some sort of evidence, no matter how implausable, Ken Lay is as Dead as Elvis is.
The Dude
I don't clame it's true, I surmise it could very well be true.
being the Watercooler, isn't it reasonable banter ?

a little while ago, I got a link in the mail to a guys "newsey" editorial site about it. but it'd take a while to dig up and it's not like the guy had evedence...just suposition. and to me anyway, it's well within the relm of possibilitys. it wasn't long before his 'death' that the law was set to drop the charges if a death occured before the first apeal. seeing as how things get done in DC...

if it's not cool to postulate here then fine. I'm ok with that.
Gadzooks!

Well, there you have it. They are both on the same Illuminati/Council of Rome/CIA flying saucer, and check into Area 51 every once in a while for supplies...Valium, bourbon and, uhhhh, latex goods.
