Was Patriot act 2 (Domestic Security Enhancement Act of 2003) ever passed?

And I know the Military Commissions Act (MCA) was recently passed. However it will soon be challenged by the Supreme Court, dunno when. (Even though within the act it revokes the judicial branch of its powers and hands them to the president- so maybe if a challenge does come it would be swiftly dismissed.)
