Every light in my house, except the stove and the refer have been replaced with CFL's.
Now the electricity used if every light in th ehouse is on, except the stove and refer, is less than just 2 100 watt bulbs. Compared to electric usage for things like heat and A/C the electricity lights use is small, but it does make a differance.
For every incondescent you replace with a CFL, in it's life time saves a small mountain of coal that didn't have to be burned to make electricity. This means cleaner air, less strip mining, and money that doesn't have to come out of your pocket!
I hate waste, and wasted money, MY wasted money is the worst!
