With the judge usurping democracy in Ca-50 It is more important than ever that we take back the house in November and when we do the judge has inadvertantly given us legal presedent to keep the comgress in Democratic hands forever, Its so simplictic its sick heres how we do it , OK its November the 8th and we've taken control all is fine and dandy with a shit load of work to redo the damage that the Pubs have wreaked upon this country , Now slide ahead to November 2008 much as been done for the betterment of the country but of course the pubs have demonized us at every turn , Nancy Pelosi now speaker of the house is waiting with baited anticipation for the polls to close as they do starting on the east coast working west the democratic candidate boards a plane heading for Washington , when they arrive they are whisked by limo straight to the capitol where Pelosi in special session will swear them into office , this before any recounts or certifications, I know some of you are rolling your eyes , Its unfair and its undemocratic but don't you think for one minute that Rove isn't thinking this same thing right now , So I say whats good for the goose !

We'll show the bastards that we are just as criminal as they. More, even, if we can swing it. Um, what's the goal, here, to end corruption or just take over the reins of corruption?

This would be chipping another piece away from the rock of democracy. It isn't right no matter who does it and frankly it is this kind of attitude that has gotten us to the sorry state we are currently in, tit for tat, using the past indescretions of others to justify doing something you know yourself, is wrong.

Not to excuse Hastert for doing it, it was wrong for him to do it, it's wrong, period and I found the whole deal repugnant.

If the Democrats gain control of Congress or of even one house, it is an opportunity. An opportunity to show the nation that someone in the government will still operate with integrity. So as tempting as it is, I would advise against it because it's a rathole that we don't need to go down.

Hell, it might be too late already. Is it going to come down to every man for himself in America?

Heres HOW the GOP will STEAL the 2008 elections.

Since the precedent has been set, watch the vote counting AND verification process. Since this judge, albeit questionably if at all a legal ruling, that settled the CA 50 case cited her ruling based on a decision, where similarly that case was heard where the vote count was also usurped, with the exception the original ruling was for the people, ruled that if IF and WHEN the department of elections turns over their count EVEN IF NOT VERIFIED, that then, the House, and maybe even the Senate, can decide WHO to swear in.

So, this November, the House and Senate races might just be decided by the House and Senate themselves. And since they are controlled by the GOP, it wouldn't at all surprise me to see States that are heavy Republican readily hand over results even BEFORE all votes are counted just to ensure that the GOP candidate gets the seat. In states where the Dem's are heavy, watch for contesting of the counts to occur from the GOP candidates, so as to tie up the process. And don't be surprised in close races, and I predict that there will be about a dozen, the GOP will move to nullify some of the votes, primarily heavy Dem precincts, based on faulty or questionable E-Votes.
